I've had my little guy for a long time and I noticed that hehad a missing fingernail when I first got him. It wasn't infected and doesn't affect him. I notice today however that hishe back Toenail is facing the opposite direction! It looks like it's about to fall off, I dot know what to do, here's the best picture I could get

It may eventually fall out. If it starts looking infected or swollen you may want to see a vet about having it removed. My boy had one nail that was sideways from the beginning and a few years later it did fall out with no issues.
