So my 6-7 month old Jackson chameleon's toe nail fell off on his rear left foot. Will it grow back eventually??

Yes as long as there is ne toe dammage and it fell off not got pulled out it will.

They do so I have two chams that had no nails when I got them just bunny fingers from all screen cages and all there nails grew back so ya the do so unless the nail root got pulled out have you had chams not grow nails back??

Ah crap...I found it on the screen...that means it got pulled out 8[

Just be careful to make sure there is no infection I had a mellers that lost its toenail and it got infected and was a really big mess.

The nail itself grows back. But if there's an infected wound going to necrotize, it may affect the claw bone, too. A nail doesn't fall off without reason, so you really should have a close look (or better way your vet should) at your chameleon's toe. A damaged bone will not grow back and an infected toe can lead to a whole foot necrotizing if the worst comes to the worst.
