To Dust, or not to dust. That is the question...

Hey there,

Was wondering about feeders and supplements. Which feeders should be dusted with calcium and which should not? Maybe some every other day?

Crickets
Mealworms
Superworms
Horn Worms
Butter Worms
Pheonix Worms
Silk Worms

This is the variety I will be feeding. No roaches or sticks for me but feel free to post info. Ill also be holding off on wax worms in general. Once in a blue moon.

I would dust the crickets, mealworms and superworms. I would only dust the horn worms and silk worms if you havent dusted a feeder in a few days. I wouldnt dust butter or phoenix worms.

Look up a feeders nutrition chart! The ones with MOST calcium (silkworms for example) you should not dust UNLESS you haven't dusted in a while.

Stuff that has very little nutritional value like crickets (and roaches. not saying they don't have nutritional value but yeah) or superworms (they have fat and a bit of protein) you should dust every time
