Look back a couple of posts and you will see the pic of mine. It is a 2x2x4 and it is on the same exact plastic dresser that the OP is using! All you need is a piece of plexiglass that is 2x2 and center it on the cabinet, put the cage on the plexiglass and drill a hole through all three pieces of plastic!! BAM your done!

I have already done this with my cages a year or so ago! Even if your cage is bigger you can cut a peice of plexiglass to go across the top of the plastic cabinet and just drill a hole right through all 3 pieces! It's easy as pie! Here is a pic of my cages, the big one is 48x24x24 inches and I am using the exact same plastic dresser as the OP.
