Do you have any large chams who enjoy driving you crazy with their scratching and clawing, begging to come out of their cages?

Here is something that works well for me.

Buy one of these:

Observe your cham, and notice the places where he scratches the most on the screen cage (inside, of course!).
Cut pieces of the toy ladder to fit and cover the screen area.
You can also cut pieces for the cage ceiling and door.

Next, you will need the buy a roll of thin gauge bare steel wire which is the right diameter as the screen so you can poke it threw the holes.

Cut a bunch of wire pieces, about 2'' long in advance to use as anchoring twist ties.

Thumb-tacks work as well, but not as strong.

After you have cut and arranged all the ladder pieces, use the wire ties to secure them to the screen.
Twist tie the wire on the OUTSIDE of the cage, snip off excess wire, fold it flush, and stick a small piece of duct tape over it to hide the sharp edges.

Your cham may still scratch, but he now has no leverage and will mostly scratch on the wood ladder instead of the metal screen.

This also provides your cham with much better footage when climbing.
They have something to hood on to, and the view in and out is not impared.

I will post some pics soon.
