anyone know what im talking about? anyone know what the come from?

crickets somehow? plants? soil? sticks? im guessing plants somehow but i washed them each like 6 times with dish soap and i scrubbed the branches with dish soap and a tooth brush

anyways, i dont have a full on infestation or anything but ive seen 2, one was inside the cage and one was just in my room.

id love it if someone could tell me what it is, if its dangerous in any way and how to get rid of it.

thanks guys, you rule!

Bugs

Well it might be little fruit flys. Are they as small as....lets say the tip of a toothpick roughly?

eh. maybe closer to like the tip of a ball point pen. much smaller than your normal fly. the one in the cage might be able to crawl out but when its flying it just bounces back

its pretty red/orange. no ones ever exactly pointed out a fruit fly to me. the problem with looking at them online is they show them all blown up and its hard to know.

i think ive seen them in my house before i got the cam but its weird that ive seen 2 or 3 over the past day or so.

after looking at more fruit flys, id say the size is about right probably.

is it normal to have them? as in, do they just kinda.. happen sometimes? or do you think im going to have an issue from something?

i dont actually have any fruit in my room (im sure they eat other stuff as well)

perhaps the came out of the blooming hibiscus? idk anything about them.

Have they ever came before? I always see them during the hotter months..
I dont thinks its really a problem for one or two, they seem harmless
Though i do know that they multiply fast.

Ive seen stuff online on how to catch them but i think your fine

Oh and they probably came from the flower, Have you ever seen them on it?

ive seen little flying bugs the same size but i dont know if they were as orange or not. not like hoards of them just a couple every so often.

i havent really seen any on anything in particular, they just seem to fly towards light. hopefully they arent multiplying. i havent seen more than one in any particular spot at a time so i feel pretty safe.

thanks
