Tiny "leg pit" spots

I took Vincent out of his cage today and noticed he had some tiny little spots between his leg and body... Kinda like a "leg pit" I guess XD
Vincent is a 3-4 month old veiled.
Has anyone seen this before?
Any ideas of what it is?

If you gently rub at the spots do they come off or move? He might have snagged himself on a branch tip and there's a very off chance that he picked up an ectoparasite. Do you free range his feeders? Cricket bite?

I cup feed them in one of those vertical milk jug feeders, so it is possible that one of the crickets may have jumped out, but not really likely. I tried rubbing it off earlier, but it was kind of hard to get at because my cham is so small and I didn't want to hurt him, and plus he was wriggling around so much and could barely hold still long enough even for me to take the picture . He's sleeping right now, so I will try again tomorrow. Thanks for your help!
