hey all,
so will be attending the tinley park reptile show this year in march, pretty excited as i havent been to one before, ive only got a veiled but will be looking for a nice panther something like a ambilobe or ambanja or nosy be.
will there be much on display for purchase as the likes of chameleons?

as you can tell very excited,

I went to the NARBC Show In Tinley Park, and they had a few chameleons, not many. It was mostly snakes and geckos. There were a lot of feeder insects, and supplies.

bummer, i was hoping they would have a good range of nice panthers, really want to buy a couple of pairs, oh well ill still enjoy the show and looking around, maybe ill buy my little man a whole buffet of feeders :)

They might, it would probably depend on who's there. There were a TON of people when I went. And lots of booths with people selling boxes of super worms, horn worm cups, dubia roaches, reptiworms, crickets, all kinds of stuff. It was cool. I was hoping to see more chams, too. But, that said, chams probably aren't as easy to take to the shows as snakes and geckos. Have you thought about buying chams from a breeder and having them shipped to you?

yeh have been looking at a lot of breeders, i really like primo and wild thing from chameleon paradise, il check out the show and see what is there, if nothing catches my eye i will probably order a male and female from chameleon paradise,
im still excited, first reptile show, i cant wait. will you be there this year?

I'm going to be attending the show as well. We have a show that we will be vending in Kalamazoo MI on Saturday and then Sunday we are planning on making it to the show. I'm going with every finger and toe crossed that there will be an adult Ambanja. We are looking to expand out breeder localities!:D
