time to water

Hi Guys my first time on the forum and having a Chameleon.

I have made a home made water Dripper.

Will it be fine if i run my dripper every day for 5 hours(between 6AM-10am) and at night (6PM-10PM) for 5 hours or is it not enough water?

You do not need to run the dripper at night. The chameleon will be asleep and will not benefit from this. As for running it between 6am and 10am, this is only 4 hours which might be fine if you are also misting the cage throughout the day. It also depends on the type of chameleon. Some have greater water requirements than others.

If his urates look good then it is fine. Urates being the white part of his or her poop. I have always ran mine all day. Never at night though.
