I am so tired of government sticking their nose in our lives.

And the nose is followed up with forced compliance.

But isn't lack of choices and forced compliance and plenty of legislation and litigation the freedom that made our nation great?
Isn't that what living in the home of liberty is all about?

Never-mind the fact that these bulbs get the job done economically for some of us who actually want them to convert some of the energy into heat as well as light. Adults cannot make that choice in America. Someone has to choose for us. And some ignoramus who never kept a lizard has decided that energy converted into radiant heat is a waste for everybody and cannot be allowed for anybody.

Seriously- I'm hoping halogen and uvheat type bulbs remain on the market and I'm trying to learn all I can about passive solar pit enclosures similar to those used by Bert Langerwerf.
