Time In Between Clutches Form One Time Mating

Whats the longest time for a female panther in between clutches from one time mating. Why are they so fussy about laying?? Share your egg laying stores odd and normal.

Do you mean time between viable clutches? My girl was mated in November 2011, laid her first fertile clutch in December of 2011, and she laid another retained clutch in September of 2012 that is still going well! It's only about 8 eggs, but they're developing! That to me is a long time, especially since there was nothing inbetween.
