Thrive linear bulb?

So I bought a thrive bulb after learning a 5.0 T8 wouldn't put out UVB very far from the bulb...I was looking for a 10.0 reptisun, but they only had thrive. Would thrive work, or is it just as bad? There is no 5.0 or 10.0 designation, just 15W and UVB25.

I think this is the second time I've seen/heard of this brand.
Is it a Petsmart house brand? That's the only place I find carrying Thrive products.

Oh yea they are experts in their field, just look at the beardy food, its just like in nature, it even has meal worms!
