Yea, it dosent looked varnished/ sealed either.
You could build that for 50$.
The labor may take a couple hours, but you could do some bonding with daddy.lol
I would look into buying one too.
Mike at FLchams has them too. He will be a lot closer then LLL.

I got two from BlueBeast Reptiles and am very happy with them. They are pretty easy to put together too, just don't overtighten the screws or you will strip them.

Another question... At what age is he old enough that I can put him in a full sized cage??? I cup feed him, so monitering his food intake is relatively easy... But I wouldnt want him to fall and get hurt or anything... So when should I switch the cages, and how fast should he be growing?

Most people say 6 months is a good age to move them to their adult size cage. These animals live in trees so the chances of him falling and getting hurt should not be a concern(with a healthy animal).

Yep, i moved mine to the big cage around 6 months old. If I were to ever buy a cage, I would get it from blue beast. They have the nicest ones I've seen on the market.

About falling.. He is prolly sick if he is falling.

But about catching themselves... My boy Fred was in my hand and walking into his cage. I don't know why he did this but he fell... caught himself by his tail. It was funny to see cause he had all his arms and legs sticking out with his feet open ready to grab a hold of anything he could... but his tail was what snatched a branch. They are professionals ;)

I saw my cham fall twice when he was around 3-5 months old. I guess he was still getting the hang of things. It is funny because they can be a bit uncoordinated until they reach 6-8 months.

stupid question... but when they say

24x24x36": $115 shipped or

30x18x36": $115 shipped

which one is the depth and witch is the width? lol the 36' is obviously height... but I cant figure out the other 2... *ashamed* lol

middle

the middle one is depth I believe....

I would def. recommend aluminum caging. LLL reptile has good deals like said before..

On a different note, I've seen my male veiled fall twice, well heard him actually. I ran in there to look to see if he was alright and he was just all black and pissed off on the floor. He had this face like "I had one too many roaches coctails last night." I crash proofed his flooring by adding about an inch and a half thick waterproof foam they use for camping to give him a soft landing. It could have been bad otherwise because he fell from about 6' so the foam probably saved him from a limb break. He didn't look to be injured what so ever.
