and i learned my lesson the hard way!!! the first pic is or was supposedly a blue bar ambanja which was going to be named sub zero but i changed it to blaze!!! he has awesome coloring red with lime to neon green strips with white lips an awesome red coloring so i'm guessing he is an ambilobe. the second pic is a little additude princess i got from a college student that couldn't keep her anymore and she payed over 500 bucks for her being told she was a he and no i only payed 300 for her and her set up. but she is also an ambilobe. the messed up part was i supported the guy who i got blaze from and had him special order it for me and now he wonders why i don't buy anything from his store any more!!!:cool:

That sucks.... but it looks like it turned.out well for you... and the chams found a good home ....
 
Personally I prefer red bar ambi's over blue bars but to each his own. At least he was healthy and you didnt get any medical suprises. Good lookin boy...
 
does the male have bumps in front of his eyes in the turret. The pic looks like he does and i have found this is from over supplementing.
 
What kind of bars does he have? It looks like he has a U bar, in which case the door opens up to more possible locales.

He is beautiful!

no he has no bumps he is fine and healthy he hasn't found a worm or cricket he didn't like he is just growing way to fast and this friday i'm getting him his big boy cage I can't waite!!! everytime he see's pandora he starts his head bobbing and man is it fast when he does that plus this week he has finnally let me hold him and eats from my hand with i was excited about.

That's funny, I was looking on buying that female as well off of Craigslist. I actually had been thinging of sending you a PM. She was telling me that she is a he and she has too much color to be a female, then changed her mind that she really is a female and I wasn't interested in a girl. I'm happy she gets to go to a good home with you!

yeah she did the same to me if this is the same girl. she is deff a very big girl i love her additude she don't mess around. well when blaze is of age to mater her and my other princess pandora will be ready to mate so its a plus for me.
 
same happened to us we payed for a male and ended up with a female , got attached to her and went and demanded a refund!!
 
I think they are both looking beautiful but I know how it feels when you have your heart set on something and it turns out different. Well if you ever breed them I will trade you a blue bar baby for red bar in like a year from now :D

deal blaze is deff a stunner especially when he fires up for the ladies!!! it was funny before he started getting his color he would freak out over every little thing especially when i would clean out his cage but now he just goes with the flow!!!
