I would have alot more, but since I got him, my digital camera stopped working. go figure right?

more to come soon.

oh to answer some questions,

I bought him at a petsmart for 130 dollars, couldnt find any breeders locally.

No idea on his age, but from reading how big they get, I would say he is under a year old still. 6 months is my guess.

the name toad comes from the first x-men movie where one of the characters name is toad, who has a chameleon like tongue.

ha. I do have a trail of speaker wire that runs up and over my sliding glass doors that are next to my computer. When he comes out, he usually climbs from the desk and onto those. He is like a 4 year old at a playground when it comes to taking him down tho.

Nice Toad......

Toad is a real cutie pie! Get that camera fixed or get a new one. We need more pictures of Toad as he grows!

Mrcackums,

Take a look at the post called, "Mac-Daddy Update" in this general photography section. He is my 5 month old Xanthalophus, which looks very similar to yours. I have had him since he was 2 weeks old. Based on the coloration, scalation, and size of Toad's horns, i would say that 6-8 months would probably be my best guess, the ladder sounding a bit more accurate. Regardless, he is a handsome looking specimen and i hope you have him for a good, long while. Cheers,
