I just want to say:
I’m really impressed with this forum and the people that frequent it. I’ve been on computer forums for as long as they have existed and I must say this is easily one the most positive, helpful, friendly, *mature* forums I’ve ever come across. I have seen a few debates… or shall we say…differences of opinion here which would very quickly degrade to insults and name calling on other forums but never here.

Hi and welcome to the forums! Glad you like us! I have been a member on here for about 5 1/2 yrs and I love this place. You can learn so much, and then the beauty of it all is you can pass that knowledge onto others. That is what it is all about. Every so often you will get someone who is out of line, but for the most part everyone is pretty respectful.

I've been on CF for a few years now and have found this forum to be one of the best organized and most helpful in terms of the resources available - caresheets, enclosure threads, etc. The amount of information here and the level of detail in that information is amazing. Trying to find comparable info on my care for my other herps is frustrating.

Plus, the people are really nice and genuinely want new members to succeed. There's no "good ole boys" network, and new members are truly welcome. With chameleons (and most pets, honestly), there is a lot of misinformation out there, so the folks who moderate and the members who have been here for years and years do it as a labor of love.

I follow a few other forums, but here, I feel like I have internet friends.

This forum is really the best, and there are so many knowledgeable people on here who only wish to help. I've been privileged to meet a couple and they are genuinely nice folks. I'm really glad my husband found this for me years ago, I can't imagine trying to raise my chams without it!

I concur! Truly a wealth of information here from a group of great guys and gals. Can't say enough about the site and the good folks that run it. Kudos to all that participate. This site is the encyclopedia of all things chameleon.

I'll agree to the above statements, this site has been very helpful with setting up my enclosure,and general care tips for my jacksons.
Good people and a wealth of info.
