Hey guys I’ve been thinking about making a bioactive setup for my two chameleons. I was just wondering if anyone with some experience could tell me what is required and what the expenses roughly come out to? And fill me in on all the dos and don’ts that come with the territory. Thank you in advance for any input.

Take a look at the thread below. You don't need to go that size but there are some good posts. It's a good start and then ask any specific questions.

Good luck with it, they're not really that scary lol

You just want to make a garden that can support heavy watering and add some insects to it. I add stuff from outside too. The main obstacle is a drainage plan, which we will need to know your enclosure and set up first.

It's definitely no big deal and your chameleon will benefit from it, plus they look amazing. Go for it

Right now I have two reptibrezze enclosures that are 16x16x36 here are some pictures for reference. One of them has a drainage pan, but the one housing my female only has paper towels lining the bottom to catch water. I found these kits online is this a good place to start?https://www.thebiodude.com/collecti...-kit/products/jackson-chameleon-bioactive-kit
