Think Shes On Her Way Out

So my boyfriend has a Chameleon and shes only young had her few month but lately shes been very slow and laying there with her eyes sunken and not much movement shes found it very hard to shed also been the same skin troubling her he has upped the misting to help her but shes still struggling she dose not eat much but she has been drinking. I'm sorry i cant provide much information just hope you guys can help explain why she would be hardly moving and her eyes so sunken in looking a bit off?
