Oh dear! What a week! I think my age is catching up with me!:p When the alarm went off on Tuesday i was totally convinced it was Saturday! What a bummer!:D Not only that but I turned up at the surgery for my dental appointment yesterday, only to be told 'Sorry, your appointment is NEXT week!' Doh! How embarrassing is that?!:eek:

My excuse (other than old age) is that I have a lot on my mind! I am still trying to persuade hubby that I need to adopt a male cham that is for sale across town. Not having much luck on that score either.:mad::(

I think everyone has done that at some point!

Has the husband not caved in yet?! I would go visit the cham... and take him along, that might do the trick. It worked on my mum when we wanted a dog, hehe.
 
If it were me, I would set up the enclosure in secret somehow and then just bring the cham home and answer the significant other's questions later.
 
I suppose they call you senior member for a reason?:p - My excuse is that I'm perfecting the "absent-minded" part of "absent-minded professor", so I'll be ready when they actually hire me as faculty.

Could you bring home the cham and a pet for your husband? (Mine can be bribed with newts:D)

No, that wouldn't work! The only thing he could be bribed with is a German Shepherd! If he had one of those I would be living somewhere else! I will never have one of those dogs. The thing is, he actually likes Amy and gets upset that she won't walk onto his arm too!:confused:
 
German Shepherds are the coolest dogs in the world!! I would so have one if i could... the only problem is they are quite big :(

Hmmm... what is this boy cham used to? male or female company? It might prefer your hubby over you... did i just say that?! Pfft... Tiff and her cham whispering skills, hehe

LOL, I ask my kids what day it is!
Last time it happened to me was after a bad dream, all night long I dreamt I was awake! :D
 
I'm 13 and I think i'm old... i totally forgot it was friday today till i looked at the calender after school.
 
being old is a state of mind. You are as old as you make yourself. See if I live to be 70 or whatever I will still be on roller coasters.

Roller coasters scare me :/ I'll be having cham's till im 70 instead or be going on tour of being a musician.

I am with you, no roller coasters for me. Chameleons Forever!!

Tiff the really good people never get old so you are completely safe.:) Keep working on hubby.
