Thermometer/hygrometer questions

Hey guys

I’m gonna be working on my chameleon’s enclosure this weekend, and changing the whole setup around. I need to add a thermometer/hygrometer to it as well and I had a few questions.

What’s a good one that I could possibly purchase from Amazon?
I’m concerned since there’s constantly water being spayed in the cage.. is this thing waterproof?
On what part of the cage is this supposed to go? I’m purchasing the temp gun as well.

I have two like this one in each cage. The display is outside the cage and a sensor is on a cord inside the cage. I put one near the basking spot and one in the bottom third of the cage in the plants. I can't find the brand I bought right now.
But they look like this with a probe.

Thank you! I’m assuming the probes dont get damaged with water right?

No they don't, I just position them so the guard keeps direct spray off of them and that is just for accuracy. When they get wet they read ~100% until they dry out.
