Lol! I think i've woken up to crickets jumpin on my face in the middle of the night just a few too many times, never roaches.

I love insects! I try to only raise the insects that I can feed to my reptiles so that they get a large amount of variety, but I absolutely love keeping almost all of the insects I listed. I have to sell off the extra insects because I can't feed them out fast enough!

I started keeping frogs and lizards to make my bug hobby seem less weird.

I breed superworms, mealworms, silkworms, two types of roaches, stick insects, terrestrial isopods, and fruit flies. Was breeding snails and a third type of roach, but I ran out of room /time and had to start downsizing.

I have Superworms,
Dubias,
had Crickets but they freak me out because of the wild hopping around when I try to catch them, and they stink too much,
right now I try Mantis ooth to hatch,
grasshoppers, (still in the process to breed them, I don't know the outcome yet),
katydids, (just like the grasshoppers),
locusts, (just like the grasshoppers),
hornworms,
silks but not breeding them,
Fruitflies,
Painted lady butterflies,
my next project is Dragonflies

Did anybody try the Dragonflies before???
I am constantly looking for new feeders, especially some I don't have to buy for big bucks. Its getting kinda pricy, lol

I have a pretty good dubia colony and I'm working on establishing my Hisser colony. I currently buy crickets and supers by the 20-30 ct and I've just ordered horns and butters. Silkies are a pretty good staple, but I haven't ordered any in a couple of weeks.

I do think that I need more chams for all the bugs I currently keep....now to just convince the wife.

I thinking that too, I only have crickets, roaches, supers, locusts, wax moths and some other moths and I think I should get more chams because I have too many feeders!
