Did anyone see this from kingsnake.com... They are selling panthers for 99.00? Anyone bought any chameleons from them? Just wanted some feedbacks.

Chams from Precision Reptiles
I purchased 2 of these babies...One Ambanja and one Ambilobe. Originally I was going to buy a Morph from a well known breeder here in the forum and I was also talking to some other folks selling chams. I still plan on buying a morph from that breeder just to get the crazy array of color. However, my fiancee saw this ad and as we had 2 unused setups for babies he offered to foot the total bill of $258 which included shipping if I would give these little guys a shot!, at this great price. With that offer I felt like I had nothing to lose so I ordered them!
We received the babies is perfect condition. They were expertly packaged and both these little guys came nicely crawling out at their arrival time of 10:00am.
I did not feed them that day, but waited till the next day. Each got 8 pinhead crickets for breakfast that morning. Both immediately gobbled almost all of them up and within a few hours all were gone out of both cages. They are healthy and active as chameleons can be. They are about 4 inches long and both are starting to show some nice color especially for babies. One of my babies is one of the ones pictured in their ad, the one with a lot of red!. Both appear to have a lot of color starting.
I am eagerly looking forward to seeing how these little guys turn out!

I would say at this point if you feel comfortable raising chams at this age that I would definitely give Nick at Precision a shot. He was great to deal with. Very personable and professional. A pleasure to deal with...

I have exchanged emails with them and it seems like they have an amazing set up there in florida and some amazing ambilobes that I've seen so far.
I think we can expect a lot of nice chameleons from these guys. I may be getting a nosy be from them or maybe something else.

Done A little research...Everything I read point to nick being a great guy, and I know you have a business to run....But 2 month olds...C'mon now. we've all read the posts begging for help by newbies that didn't really know what they were getting into and bought a cham. that was too young (probably too young for an experienced keeper). then add on a price of $99 bucks (thats a smokin deal too, WOW), and your gonna have a bunch of impulse cham buyers with dead chams in 2 weeks.
$99 sale to get the business name out there =great idea
2mo. old chams for sale = not such a great Idea

Now, that being said, Its great to see a new Cham dealer out there, welcome to the board, and best of luck. The facilities sound great....how about some pics, and when do you guys think the website will be up? Cant wait to see some pics of your breeder stock.

I dont know.... I think its about time the prices for these came down. I mean after all...they are free... Anyway, the two month argument is valid...but I think that is up to the breeder to screen potential buyers for experience and know how.
You should also provide ample care sheets and make sure they know what they are doing. (maybe dont sell unless you personally view the setup) I mean...to me the price says you dont really care about the money which is great...but you need to prove that by not selling to every impusle buyer out there. Great start...love the video...love the prices...
