On the temp thing, you need to make sure what your basking temp is and your cooler spot is. He may be cold and that is why he is trying to get to the heat. Your hand doesn't count for a thermometer.

Ok well here's the deal...I put a thermometer and Humidity gauge right below the basking light...and the basking light with a 60 watt bulb gets to about 85-ish degrees. I'm guessing other spots in the cage are my ROOM temperature, which is about 70. Is that too cool? I was told 85 is about right for a 3 monther. I have a 75 watt basking bulb too but that one gets to about 90 in the basking area. He also sticks on the ceiling right above the Reptisun 5.0 but I have a perfect branch there for the UVB...I dont know, I think hes just obsessed with climbing the screen. I keep moving him but he runs for his life when my hand enters the cage lol

Temps sound good. Where is your cage located? Are you taller than the cage when you stand by it? He may be wanting to get "up" if he feels he is too close to the ground. Lots of vegetation to hide in like a bushy ficas plant?


He runs from you because he thinks you are going to eat him. Don't take it personal, it's just that he's little and you are big. Big creatures eat little creatures.

Bump the F/stop up a little. Are you shooting at 1.8 or something? Close down the aperature a few stops and those pics would turn out a little better. Best of luck with your chameleon.

^^ WoW! You are right...I was shooting it at 1.8. I bumped it up a bit and its way better. I'm still new to photography so im learning on the job lol.

haha Yes! ^ You are the first person to actually get it. a 2005 Neon SRT-4 *t3/t4 turbo setup* to my 2007 Solar Orange 350z.

haha thats sick, i almost bought a 350Z, but got the SRT-4. the Z wasnt fast enough for my tastes, i like factory turbo cars, i used to have an MK3 turbo supra with a GT28R making 300+whp when i was 16-17 yrs old, the SRT-4 was stage 2 full bolt-on making 280whp 330wtq that went 12.7 @ 110 from when i was 17-19yrs old, and my Evo IX makes 360whp and went 12.1 @ 113 spinning 1st gear on my first pass ever at the track that i had from 19 till now, and im 21, what do you have done to the 350z ????
