Awesome family! One question, How much $ a month to take care of so many?

10$? depends if its lightbulb changeing month or buying feeders month or whatever. i dont count in water or electric.

i need another side by side. he may have gained a little weight. been packin on them waxworms! chloe want some but i say no, shes on a diet XD

well lets see. 6 chams for now, 7 when my guy comes home..

i buy 3000 crickets at a time. that was like 60 bucks.
i also buy silks and horns sometimes.. trying to get thoset to breed.

so this last food order i spent about 160.

but they should last me almost a month and a half.

i try to breed everything.

I currently have crickets, superworms (not breeding thosse) dubias, silkworms, hornworms, fruit flies (for my mantids and the jax twins) and ive got some mantid ooths im going to hatch and use to feed off.

how are you going threw som many feeders a month? i have 5 chams 6 beardies a water dragon and 2 fat tails and i dont go through that many a month.3000 crickets and your worms?

different sizes.
Kink my male veiled eats about 5-10 largr crickest every other day.
Lily female veiled, eats about 4 large crickest every other day.
glacier just started eating crickets again. but he was eating about 5-7 silks every other dya. now hes going to get silks and crickest.
miss piggy eats 3-4 small crickets every day.
then the jax, not sure how much they will eat yet.

some crix die off. some escape. etc.

some months i can go at lest 2 months without having to buy more crix.

but i had to buy so many this time because i had a large amount escape. and some random die off a few weeks ago.
