Temperment of Female F. lateralis

Hey I'm getting a female Carpet Chameleon (F. lateralis) Does anybody know the kind of temperament I can expect? Like I know that Jackson's are more subdued than Panthers which are more subdued than Veileds. I haven't seen any information on Carpet Chameleons, specifically females so I'm curious.

My female Furcifer lateralis was similar in temperament to a shy Furcifer pardalis. Furcifer lateralis are not shy about food insects though.

My female is very shy. As long as I stay below her or eye level she is ok. It took a long time to build trust with her. Like motherlode said, she became trusting first with food, food driven. She will eat off my hand or a sm cup if I hold still, let me watch her morning drinks of water (which just started a month ago and I’ve had her 2yrs) while I mist her enclosure. If I go above her it all changes, she gets nervous.
