plumbing/hvac supply store store is where i purchased mine. ive seen them in home depots as well, im sure lowes carrys them.

if you dont have a home depot or lowes check the plumbing department in your local hardware store.

ALSO it sounds like youre having trouble with your seach online, rather than searching "temp gun" or "temperature gun" try "IR thermometer" or "infrared thermometer"

I got mine at Harbor Freight Tools (it was on sale cheap), you can also check auto part stores - they might carry them. I used them for my aquariums when I bred angel fish, they work great. Hope that helps.
