What do you think of the temperament between WC panthers and CB panthers ?

There is a world of difference usually. A WC has never had prolonged exposure to people where as a CB probably has, so a CB is usually much better around people. The latter is also used to life in a cage, so they won't be stressed out by just suddenly living in one. The personality of chameleons can vary greatly from individual to individual but all the WC chameleons I've ever worked with have been miserable in cages and awful to handle.
