Temperament Babies to Adults

Is the chameleons overall temperament as a baby/juvenille going to be a good indicator of their adult temperament? For example, if the baby seemes fairly comfortable with handling for cage cleanings etc. will this change as they mature and develop?

Their temperament can change. I have seen some go from placid to very aggressive...and a few go the other way too.
