Temp Question

Hi all could someone tell me what sort of temp it needs to be outside to put my Cham out? Im hoping that we might get a nice summer this year in the UK and would like to put my cham outside for some sun.

I'm in the UK too. Not sure on the outside temps but I did put Lily outside last summer - she loved it. I will probably leave it until the really warm weather starts at end of May/beginning of June, and then put her out when it's nice. I am careful to watch her (although she is in a cage) just in case she gets too hot and mist her often. Also avoid putting them out in the hottest part of the day. When it's a bit breezy I peg an old sheet around the cage so she gets the sun but no draft! They bask differently in the sun - they lean right over and flatten their bodies while going very dark. The heat of the sun works wonders with their digstive systems too!! Poop guaranteed when she's sunbathing!! :D

If the outside temp is close to your normal indoor ambient temp, and if in a sunbeam he can warm up a bit more, and if he can move out of sunbeams to cool

i live in the uk to cant wait for the summer i had them both out last year for a bit but this year im goin to be getting a viv so they can stay out all day they loved it last year just gotta watch out for the cats next door horrible things lol
