Frist how far should the basking spot be from the top of cage and were should I place my humidity gauge. For my basking spot I have a mini combo dome fixture with one 75watt in it. and my temp read about 83 at about 7" FORM TOP OF OF CAGE SHOULD I PUT ANOTHER 60 WATT DAYLIGHT BULB

No need for a second day bulb, all you need is a 60 w incandescent bulb from home depot or walmart or where ever and a really good reptisun 10.0 uvb light if its a t8 or at least a 6% t5 arcadia. if your basking spot is measuring at 83 at 7 inches just make sure that you are geting about 85-90 for a panther and about 90-95 for a veiled about 1 1/2 inches about the basking spot which is where your chams body will be. as for the humidity/temp gauges you sould purchase two to three of each so you can monitor the range of the cage from top to bottom. a temperature gun that you can take readings all over with is also a great idea but not 100% neccessary.
