I've research and have seen information on nutrients for these guys but never seen how to feed them. I'm trying to feed my baby veiled but just don't know whether I should use a cup of crickets or use tweezers or let the crickets roam freely in his cage, to feed him. I fed him with tweezers a couple times and been using a cup. What's the common/correct/proper way to feed him?

I like to cup feed certain things, like worms and roaches. I let crickets free range so my panther can get some exercise and get his hunt on. It really a matter of preference. Each has it's benefit, with cups you can monitor what they're eating almost perfectly. With free roaming they get the stimulant of hunting and moving.

The only thing I'm afraid of letting the crickets free roam is that the auto misting system i have, will drown/kill the crickets.

Hmmm it shouldn't. unless you create pools of water for the crickets to get into, but if it's making pools that's something that should be fixed anyways.
