Teaching your chameleons to stay

As an expert on ethology or animal behavior I have set out to train chameleons similarly to domestic dogs with varying degrees of success.

Teaching your chameleon to stay is best done in the dark, at night or if your chameleon is recently deceased.

There must be coordination between your hand held at an 80 degree angle and the firm tone of your voice.

See attached for a perfect execution of the stay command in an entire room full of chameleons of different species and ages.

Here we go again! :D

However the same command given at the same time to Gecko's of the Tokay Persuasion does not seem to work.

I had forgotten that Gecko's are largely nocturnal or crepuscular and pay the consequences.

My mistake.

See images attached.

dude I was about to flip you off

I assume this is a joke? Sorry, I just don't get this at all. Why would you want your cham to act like a dog? Dogs wish to please other members of their pack. Chams never will and shouldn't need to.

Reminds me of those khaki-shorted media idiots prancing around in the wild trying to make venomous snakes strike for the camera. Can't help but hope they get what they seem to be asking for and relieve the world of their presence.
