Cleanlinechameleons may be correct. Or, she may be impacted. I think discomfort can cause them to act that way. Either way, looks like a trip to the vet may be in order. (not because of her holding in her stomach, she was perhaps just trying to "disappear" from your view- but because of the no eating/pooping for a week or more and then passing orange mucus)

I notice you didn't list any supplementation. Were you dusting her food with anything when she was eating feeder bugs? I don't believe cricket calcium drink and cat food is quite enough of a gut load. A lack of calcium can cause the larger muscle groups in the body to work poorly. This is seen in inability to grasp/walk, etc., but the bowels are also operated by muscles and low calcium affects that muscle group, too. Hence, low calcium absorption can lead to impaction.

HERE'S A GOOD LINK ABOUT SUPPLEMENTING VEILED CHAMS: http://raisingkittytheveiledchameleon.blogspot.com/2007/12/supplements.html

Are you certain she has not been eating? How do you feed her- free range, cup feed, or always by hand? She may need to see the crickets roaming in her cage in order to be stimulated to eat them. Sometimes chameleons will change their eating criteria for no apparent reason. it is not considered typical for a female veiled cham to go on a hunger strike.

I think you need to take her to a vets ASAP.

You said your chameleon is a veiled, female,6-7 months...does she have a place to lay eggs in the cage? (Not saying that she looks gravid because in the second picture she is able to pull herself in a lot.)

Do you use any substrate in the cage?

You said you use calcium cricket drink and cat food to gutload your insects with...cat food contains preformed vitamin A which can build up in the system and any excess of it can prevent the D3 from doing its job and lead to MBD as well as organ damage. To gutload crickets and superworms you can use a wide variety of greens (dandelion, kale, collards, endive, escarole, mustard greens, etc.) and veggies (carrots, sweet red pepper, sweet potato, squash, zucchini, celery leaves, parsnips, etc.).

You didn't mention using any supplements at all. IMHO the crickets should be dusted with a phosphorous-free calcium powder at most feedings to make up for the imbalance of phos./calcium found in most insects we use as feeders.

Is the UVB light a compact or a tube/linear light?

You said she is not eating anything but she chews on the plants...could be that she is trying to balance the nutrients in her diet...not sure.

You said..."the other night she passed a mucus like thing (orange goo like) tried to take a pic but was in the plant and could not find"...could be that she is passing urates and that she is impacted...but I can't be sure.

There are too many possibilities....a vet can run some tests and let you know what is going on.
