Tail curled

My 4 nd half month old male veiled chameleon has been sitting around with his tail all curled up. He always does while sleeping but now he does it during day also brows this mean anything?

Is he under his basking light? Perhaps a curled tail creates a larger surface are to absorb heat. I'm just hypothesizing. I see it all the time with my chams and I don't worry about it at all.
