T5 HO 5.0 or 10.0 for my cham?

I need advice please. I just ordered a t5ho fixture 24”. In the works of buying the bulb. Is it recommended to get the 5.0 or 10.0?
24x24x48 enclosure.

If its a single 22" across the top, stick with the 5.0. If its an extra special setup, then you can get a 10.0 and a meter, but no one will recommend a 10.0/12% without a meter with the reptibreeze xl style cages.

If i wanted to go with Arcadia, will 6% be okay? Is it pretty much the same output as a 5.0?

Yes it is a better bulb and you only need to replace it every 12 months.
