Swollen knee

My veiled chameleon, male, have a swollen right knee and cant use it at all. Any suggestions and ideas on what might be wrong? He is eating and drinking well.

MBD? How do the other knees look? Is your UVB still in it's six month of good light?

The other knee looks fine, and the UVB bulb has run out it's 6 months. Will be getting a new one tomorrow. He uses all the other limbs just fine.
