It could be a sign of MBD. It could be other things. Gout is a common cause of swollen joints. Gout is caused by a build up of uric acid in the blood because the kidneys aren't clearing it from the blood (kidney failure). Uric acid is the end result of protein being broken down. The uric acid precipitates out of the blood and forms crystals in the body, often in and around the joints.
Things like gout can cause swelling not just MBD. Filling out the form mentioned ^^will help to see if it is a husbandry issue and which problem is more likely.

It looks more like the fore limbs are swollen more more than the actual joints. Looks like excess fluid. I would take her to the vet.

It looks like the beginning of gout to me, also looks like a few lumps starting on her back as well unless it's just my phone slightly distorting the pic. my female veiled has gout due to strong unneeded medication and poor instructions to force fluid while she was already not drinking and dehydrated from my vet, found out she had worms and caused her to not drink or eat. But as long as she's not in pain if it's gout, it can Sometimes be managed. I was given anti-inflammatorys for her in the beginning, I also changed her diet which consists of less protein and more foods with high moisture content, like silkworms and makes sure she drinks/has access to more water than normal, (sometimes have to force water) but so far she doesn't seem to be bothered by it and doesn't seem to be in pain and is doing well. It could also be MBD like the others are saying, could be either. Taking her to a Reptile Specialist would be best, I made the mistake of taking my girl to a vet that does exotics but doesn't do a lot of reptiles like chameleons, and that's where I had problems with treatment.
