Swollen joint, injury or illness

So my Cham took a pretty gnarly spill about a week or two ago. He seemed well enough walking around shortly after the incident. But recently after this I noticed one of his front leg joints was swollen. He can still use it pretty well but will let it hang when perched about half the time. Every other leg seems to be fine

Either is possible if he could have injured it falling or have gout.
