Do you have the necessary vitamins needed? If not, you can easily order them from one of the site sponsors. Most local pet stores do not carry the calcium without D3, which is the one you use every feeding. The multivite and calcium w/ D3 are readily available.

You got X-rays taken of the limbs? If so, can you post pictures of them?

Are you positive that the exo terra bulb is a UVB bulb? They also make a basking bulb that is 100 watts, but doesn't give off UVB. Some of the labeling on the packaging can be a little confusing.
