suspicious lump?

Hello all,

I just noticed this lump on my guy's side. I bought him as a baby in 2017. Is this a "get him to the vet now even if there's a pandemic going on" scenario or is this a "lumps and bumps as we age" issue? He's shedding, eating, pooping, moving around his cage. Seems a little less active and has been rubbing his face on vines but I think that is a shedding thing. He is just finishing up with his feet and legs and hasn't started his face and cask yet. He's a veiled and my first Cham so I haven't seen this yet.

Can't say for sure, but there also appears to be something starting near that elbow.
Also, the skin/scales on that lump appears different than the rest of his skin.
Just observations.

Personally I would take him to a good exotic vet that has chameleon experience and get it checked out...
