I am trying to make sure I have everything I need before ordering my juvie panther cham next week, are there any sort of checklists I can go over?

I have:

- Enclosure
- 18" Reptisun 5.0
- Multivitamin
- Calcium Without D3
- Calcium with D3
- Plenty of Cricketts

I don't know of any check list, but heres some more stuff you might need.

-heat lamp (a household bulb will work, but you might want one of those dome fixures)
-good digital temp and humidity gauge
-cham safe plants, vines (fake or real)
-spray bottle

some extras you might want.
-light timer (s)
-automatic mister (like mistking or aquazamp)
-dripper (you can make one yourself, or buy one)

I forgot, I do have most of those items besides a dripper, I found one at Petsmart that should work just fine.

I dont have a light timer I just planed on turning on the lights at 7am and turning them off at 7pm, someone is always home.

I am using an umbrella plant, biovines, and hanging pothos.

sounds good, I have a timer and automister just because I'm away from home to much.

oh and make sure you wash your plants and repot (or at lest replace the top few inchs of soil with organic soil) might also want to cover the soil with large rocks.

Yep sounds like your ready. Congrats. Who did you go threw? And what local did you decide on? Post pictures when you can.

I planned on using standard cricket foot, and some mustard greens to feed the crickets, that should be sufficient right?

find a good "dry" cricket food..and for "wet" food i give my crix:watermellon(no rind) grapes(cut in half) oranges(with the peel) apples, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, red peppers, cucumbers, strawberries, blueberries, red leaf lettuce, and other sorts of greens i can find..mix it up a little and change a few fruits for other fruits occasionally to give a good vitamin balance:) the better your feeders are fed the better your cham will be:D i think Sandrachameleon has a DRY gut load recipe on here web page..

There are plenty of threads on gutloading. Its good to mix up what your gut loading with . It can make the crickets taste diffrent and help keep your new best friend intrested in crickets. make sure and add other feeders as well.I use silk worms, super worms and horned worms for my big males as they grow fast
