supplements for cham

I dont have a cham yet but i want to know what supplements to buy theres 2 or 3
could you give me a name and maybe a link
and what days of the month to give a cham (pretend its 30 days) the supplements and how much crickets to put the supplement on?

Most importantly, you want a phosphorous free calcium powder. Good brands are sticky tongues miner-al -O and repcal.

you probably also want, but less critically, a calcium powder with added D3, and a vitamin supplement.

how often you dust depends on what insect you are feeding off, and what you feed the feeders, age and type of chameleon, etc.
