Supplementation concerns

Hello! I have a 3-4 month old female veiled chameleon and I am a little bit confused about her supplementation. I’ve been giving her regular calcium on week days. On Saturdays I give her calcium with d3 and on Sunday’s I give her multivitamin. I was wondering if this is ok. She seems to be doing great. Thank you!

Can you post pics of the supplements your using? Then I can explain when to give them.

Ok so with these... You would use the JurassiCal at all feedings (it is phos free and D3 free calcium).
The repashy Calcium plus would ONLY be used 2 times a month say the 1st and the 15th. This is a multivitamin and it has D3 in it along with other Fat soluble vitamins. So you only use this 2 times a month only.
So all feedings you would use the JurassiCal except on say the 1st and the 15th when you would use the Repashy.

Then return the rep-cal you should not be using it because the Repashy already has the D3 levels you need to provide. D3 is one of the Fat soluble ones that can cause overdose.
