Supplement Questions

I'm not 100% sure which supplements I should be giving on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. I have a Calcuim W/O D3, Calcium W/ D3, Herpavite at home, but not sure which order/when I should use them. I also know I need a mutivitamin...I think?!

I feed a mix of crickets, dubia roaches, mealworms (as a once weekly treat), and i'm including Phoenix Worms; once they come in the mail! All are gut loaded.

He is 4 months old, and very healthy thus far.

Does anyone have a schedule they could share?

I think I have figured it out...?

Calicum without D3- Every feeding
Calicum with D3- Once every other week
Herpavite- Once every other week.

Sound good?
