Hey guys I've got a blue bar ambilobe he's about 5 months old and I need to find out what supplements a need to give him and a schedule on when to give them to him

Phos free calcium at most feedings and phos - free calcium / D3 powder twice a month and vitamin powder containing a beta carotene source of vitamin A twice a month. You can use a vitamin powder with a prEformed source of vitamin A once in a while instead of the one with beta carotene (prOformed) to make sure it gets some prEformed.

Appropriate temperatures and UVB light are also important...and so is proper feeding / gutloading of the insects.

All I can tell you is that there are many options that work but that I have used rep-cal phos - free calcium powder, Rep-cal phos - free calcium / D3 powder and herptivite for years as I described and my (for instance) veiled females generally live to be over six years of age and the males even longer.

I have also used that brand with complete success in the past.
More recently Im using Mineral by Sticky Tongue Farms for my vitamin free calcium.
