superworms

so right now he eats lobster roach, dubia, crickets and mealworms( just as treat a few times a week )! i will get some silkworms too ! just wondering are superworms better than mealworms ? i know superworms and mealworms must not be fed daily or in many numbers ! how much superworms do you recommend to feed a 5 and a half months vieled per week ? and what is the best gutload for them ?

IMO Superworms are better than mealworms. I gutload them with the same veggies and friuts that I use for crickets along with a good dry gutload such as Cricket Crack. I agree with Adam that 2 or 3 a week is a good number to feed a 5 to 6 month old veiled.
