Superworms

hi guys i have a 4/mo male and i brought some super worms and im worried there too big so i have been cutting them in half and feeding. There large about 5-6cms long are these ok feed hole or continue cutting

As a guideline:
Width of the feeder =< width of the space between the cham's eyes...
I don't think it's a problem to feed him the whole worms.

This guideline very true, my 4 months can eat suppers.
