Superworms good staple diet?

SO, Ive been feeding my 3 month old panther crickets (dusted with calcium) and he's only eating like seven a day out of the twelve i cup feed him. Totally normal bowel movements, I think it's just because of preference. I've had him a month or so and he hasnt grown at all although he is developing some color. I just bought him some super worms but its too late to feed him today his lights went off for the night. Anyway, are they better than crickets? should i feed him a mixture of both? I thought they might be a little easier for handfeeding and the guy i bought him from said they help them grow a little quicker and that theyre pretty healthy for them. Should i dust them?
Thanks,
Zach

You can gutload them with veggies and lightly dust. But I would use as a single source for food. Variety is best. Baby panthers like all cham go through growth spurts, so be patient.

superworms

I recently bought 500 superworms for my 4 Nosy Bes, only to find out that only 1 likes them. They love the Dubia roaches the best. My new 3 month old loves the dubia babies, though I will give him 1/4 inch crickets for a little while.
Guess I will have to find something else that is easy to care for. My daughter gets the worms, as she has ambilobes that love them. LOL

I think SSimsswiSS meant to say, I would not use a single source for food. :)

no they aren't better. in combination would be better, along with a few other choices. I think variety is best.
for a small/young chameleon, small crickets, small roaches, small butterworms, small silkworms, bean beetles, baby termites, fruit flies, small superworms, ...
