superworm question

when i buy superworms, they come in this little container with a bunch of these little flakes. can i just put them in a bin with some apples and carrots
in it?

I think the flakes are wheat germ, or oats. The worms eat that i think, so you can put other stuff in there for them to eat as well for a better gut load

can i take out the flakes?

Yea, you can take them out of that and put them in whatever you think is a better gutload.
