Superworm indifference

My sub-adult male panther ignores superworms. I've tried all different sizes, in cups, in my hands, letting him get hungry, whatever, and he ignores them. He loves crickets, roaches, and hornworms...in fact, comes to the front of the cage when I bring the crickets and starts eating them before I've even finished dumping them into the cage. Any tricks on how to get him eating superworms?

(I think superworms are a good, inexpensive, easy to keep, staple in diet for chameleons, so I want him to develop an appetite for them).

Its tough to get chameleons to like things if they don't want to. All my chameleons love superworms, crickets, and waxworms but don't care too much for the roaches. Might have something to do with what they grew up with? I only recently tried roaches and I only got 2 out of 8 chameleons to even try them. Its a mystery sometimes.
